No matter what you need to help your fitness and health goals, a personal trainer will tailor your plan and session to best fit you. Our fitness professionals will prescribe an exercise plan to motivate, educate and generate results for your goals.

When you join on with one of our personal trainers you get the full support of the gym. We become one large team working to help you get the best results possible.

Personal Training Prices

PERSONAL TRAINING FEES:
Available as 1-hour or 1/2-hour sessions.
Member Rates:
One Session: $50 for 1hr./$35 for 1/2hr.
Three Sessions: $140 (1hr. sessions)/$100 (1/2hr. sessions)
Five Sessions: $235 (1hr. sessions)/$165 (1/2hr. sessions)
Ten Sessions: $475 (1hr. sessions)/$330 (1/2hr. sessions)

Non-member Rates:
One Session: $55 for 1hr./$40 for 1/2hr.
Three Sessions: $155 (1hr. sessions)/$115 (1/2hr. sessions)
Five Sessions:$260 (1hr. sessions)/$190 (1/2hr. sessions)
Ten Sessions: $520 (1hr. sessions)/$380 (1/2hr. sessions)

Please note that all Personal Training Sessions can be completed in the pool with an aquatics personal trainer.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING FEES:
2-4 people* per session, only 1 hour sessions available.
Member Rates:
One Session: $70 per 1hr. session
Three Sessions: $200
Five Sessions: $330
Ten Sessions$670

Non-member Rates:
One Session: $75 per 1hr. session
Three Sessions: $215
Five Sessions: $355
Ten Sessions: $710

*All people in the group must be members. If not then each person in the group will need to pay the non-member rate per session.

We offer all members two complimentary 30 minute appointments. One to help educate them on equipment and the other to help you map out a successful fitness plan.

Gym Orientation

Whether you are new to using a gym or just have never seen this brand of equipment, this 30 minutes appointment will help. A personal trainer will show you around the center and explain or demonstrate any equipment you need help with. All Mt. Park Members are welcome to book these complementary fitness appointments. Fitness Consultation

This 30 minute appointment is for those looking for help just starting a fitness plan. We take baseline measurements, perform a functional movement assessment and help set fitness goals. We will discuss with you the best way for you to go about meeting your fitness goals. All Mt. Park Members are welcome to book these complementary fitness appointments.
