MOUNTAIN PARK YARD DEBRIS

Fall is here and that means the leaves are going to start piling up! Reservations for use of the Mt. Park Yard Debris drop off, located at 25 Abelard, will now be available online beginning Monday, October 19th. You can reserve a time slot for up to 90 minutes by clicking on the Yard Debris button below.

You will need your Club Card to complete the online reservation process. Once you have a reservation, the key FOB for entry will be available for pick up at the Clubhouse. Please remember the rules regarding use of the yard debris lot, including no private contractor dumping. Please be advised, a driver’s license with a Mt. Park address will be required to pick up the key FOB at the Clubhouse.

Please be advised, that if you have a FOB for the RV lot, you are still required to make a reservation and pick up the key FOB at the front desk for any yard debris drops. Use of the yard debris drop without making a reservation will result in termination of your access to the RV lot.

This service does not include requests for yard debris bins. To request yard debris bins, email  yarddebris@mtparkhoa.com. Please contact the Clubhouse directly with any additional questions at service@mtparkhoa.com. We hope you are enjoying the beautiful seasonal changes!
