Welcome Home to Mountain Park —
Nature’s Neighborhood

Welcome home to Mountain Park—Nature’s Neighborhood. Nestled in the hills above Lake Oswego, we offer elevated living in the middle of it all. An award-winning planned community, our residents enjoy a wealth of amenities that that you won’t find anywhere else in Oregon.

Our clubhouse is open to residents 7 days a week, offering fitness classes, state-of–the-art exercise equipment, an aquatic center, sport courts, childcare, special events and celebrations, and provides a relaxing gathering space. Step outside and an abundance of amenities and activities await – tennis courts, parks, 8 miles of walking trails and meticulously groomed landscaping throughout—it’s all part of the Mountain Park lifestyle.

As a resident of Mt. Park, we encourage you to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities and services our community offers:  free classes, clubhouse amenities, family movie nights, and regular events for young and old. Meet your neighbors, learn new things together, and have a lot of fun in the process.

If you’re more in the mood for nature, our outdoor offerings have you covered – seven parks – many with play areas – and over eight miles of verdant hiking and walking paths are available, only steps outside of your door.

We’re committed to providing you with the lifestyle you deserve… let us know how we can help you!
