This is the last of a series of Homeowner Portal tutorial emails to notify you that it is necessary to login to your portal to access information exclusively for Mountain Park homeowners. As of May 21, the Mountain Park website will no longer serve the Association as a resource for critical HOA documents.  Architectural Applications and Common Property Work Requests will only be accessible through the portal as well.

Visit www.mtparkhoa.com/homeowner-portal today to access multiple tutorials on how to set-up and utilize your portal.

Accessing Important HOA Documents
All the necessary documents you need for the HOA are already available on the Homeowner Portal. Use the portal to access the following documents:

  • Governance Manual
  • CC&Rs
  • Committee Standards and Policies
  • Committee Charters
  • Strategic Plans & Master Plans

Downloading and submitting forms will not be an option on the website after May 21. The following forms will only be available on the Homeowner Portal:

  • Architectural Application
  • Minor Repair Architectural Application
  • Common Property Work Request

The main advantage of submitting your requests through your Homeowner Portal versus your email account is being able to see the status and history of such requests. The portal allows you to organize your HOA documents and activity in one convenient location.
