As you have noticed throughout the community, the winter storm last weekend had a major impact on Mountain Park. The Landscape Stewards have been hard at work removing debris on common property, trails, and roads.

We understand that many homeowners are experiencing storm damage and debris on their own properties. The HOA has received several requests for assistance. While we have empathy for what homeowners are currently experiencing, assistance on individual properties is not available.

Your patience with the Landscape Stewards during the clean-up effort is greatly appreciated. The department consists of only 4 people at this time and they have 185 acres of common property to maintain. It will take several weeks – if not longer – for Mountain Park to return to its original state. Use extreme caution when driving past crews on the road and please respect all trail closure signs.
