As mentioned in a previous e-mail, the Clubhouse will be re-opening in a limited capacity on June 15. In order to use any of the services at the Clubhouse, reservations are required. Please note that guests are not allowed to use the Clubhouse at this time and cannot be registered.

HOW TO REGISTER TO USE THE CLUBHOUSE
Registrations to use the Clubhouse can be taken online starting Monday, June 8. The website for booking your reservations is www.mtparkhoa.com/clubhouse-registration. The registration portal will ask for your username and password. If you are new to registering online, the number located under the barcode of your club card will be both your Username and Password. If you have registered online before, please use the Username and Password you previously created for yourself.

If you have lost your club card or have difficulty booking your reservation, please send an email to service@mtparkhoa.com for assistance.

Please see below for start dates on when specific reservations can be taken. All reservations will be booked on a first come, first serve basis and the areas available for reservations will be as follows:

  • Weight Room
  • Studio 1 – Fitness Classes Only
  • Studio 2 – Spin Bike Use Only

When arriving for your booked reservation, please do not enter the Clubhouse more than 5 minutes prior to your reservation time. In addition, the Clubhouse staff ask that you exit the Clubhouse shortly after your workout session has concluded as lingering afterward may put areas of the Clubhouse over the capacity restrictions.

Note: A previous e-mail stated we could take reservations over the phone. Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate this request due to being unable to adequately staff phone hours in a reliable capacity. Please email service@mtparkhoa.com if you need help and someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

WEIGHT ROOM
Reservations to use the weight room can be booked starting June 13. Please note that the weight room cannot be booked more than 2 days in advance and only in 1-hour increments. Due to social distancing requirements of 6’ between members, only limited equipment in the weight room will be available. Members will be able to utilize the following pieces of equipment:

  • Stairmaster
  • Every other Treadmill
  • One Elliptical
  • One Arc Trainer
  • One Upright Bike
  • One Recumbent Bike
  • Dumbbells
  • Weight Machines

In consideration of other users, please limit use of cardio equipment to 15 minutes. For safety reasons, equipment cannot be shared between multiple members at the same time. It must be cleaned between users.

FITNESS CLASSES (Studio 1)
Reservations for fitness classes can be booked starting June 8. Reservations for a space in class can be taken online as early as 7 days in advance of the class date. The fitness classes open for reservations are limited during the first phase of re-opening. The modified class schedule is now available HERE. Classes will only allow for 9 participants per class and each person will have a designated area marked on the floor.

SPIN BIKES (Studio 2)
Reservations to use the spin bikes can be booked 2 days in advance starting June 13. Four bikes will be available in increments of 30-minute time slots.

PERSONAL FITNESS EQUIPMENT
During this time, members are encouraged to bring in their personal fitness equipment to lessen the sanitation needs of Clubhouse equipment. The following items are allowed:

  • Mats
  • Bands
  • Banded Loops (a.k.a. mini-bands, mini-loops)
  • Yoga Blocks & Straps

STAY TUNED
Prior to the Clubhouse opening you will receive information on what is expected of members during your time at the Clubhouse. Due to the high number of health and safety requirements that have to be implemented during this phase, assistance from members will be needed and greatly appreciated. In the meantime, get excited to workout at the Clubhouse again!
