NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the Mountain Park Home Owners Association will be held at the following date, time, and location:
- DATE: Tuesday, March 31, 2020
- TIME: 7:00pm
- LOCATION: Mountain Park Clubhouse
2 Mt. Jefferson Terrace
Lake Oswego, OR 97035
We require that you sign-in prior to attending the meeting. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00pm. Please arrive by 6:45pm to sign-in. Matters to be considered include but are not limited to:
- Auditor Report
- State of the Association
- Board of Director Election – Two Positions Open
BALLOT INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS
In an effort to make voting easier and more convenient, we will be using the online voting system, Vote HOA Now. The voting process is secure and impartial and can be completed easily from any place you have access to the internet, including the Mountain Park Clubhouse.
If you are unable to vote online, please complete an absentee ballot and return it to the Mountain Park Clubhouse by the voting deadline of 5:00p.m. on March 31, 2020. You can also vote in person at the Annual Meeting. Only one ballot per lot allowed.

- Returning Voters
- Expect an email from com@ivotehoa.com or you can visit https://mtparkhoa.ivotehoa.com/ and use your login information.
- New Voters
- Visit https://mtparkhoa.ivotehoa.com/accountSignup.php
- Enter in your Registration Code
- Register to Vote by entering in your name, email, and creating an account password.
- Cast your Vote using the Online ballot and and submit.
