The maintenance and management services required to sustain the Mountain Park community depend on timely receipt of assessments due from each homeowner. Payments received after the due date on the bill are late and a $50.00 late fee is assessed. The CC&R’s provide the authority for the Mountain Park Home Owners Association to charge late fees and turn over your account to our collection attorney who will place a lien on your property or may proceed with foreclosure proceedings for nonpayment of assessments.
