Dear Mountain Park Homeowner,

The Mountain Park HOA Board of Directors is changing the current yard debris program and giving the community an opportunity for input before the changes begin. It is highly encouraged that you review the proposed program changes. If you feel the need to comment, please do so within the next 30 days. The reasoning behind the changes being made is provided below:

Why are changes being made?

  • Given the recent financial environment of COVID-19, the Association is forced to re-evaluate all expenses and determine the best allocation of Association funds.
  • Based on long-term analysis, only 1% of homeowners are utilizing the yard debris drop off option.
  • Costs incurred from the yard debris drop off are rising due to continual increases by Republic Services.

What changes should I expect?

  • Homeowners would still have access to the yard debris drop off location but a fee will be charged for any drop offs made. This fee is exactly equal to the cost to the Association.
