The Board of Directors and HOA staff are excited to announce that the Mountain Park HOA Clubhouse will begin a phased re-opening on June 15, 2020. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions and strict government health regulations, the first phase of the re-opening will only partially reflect the normal energy and flow of the Clubhouse environment. However, the Clubhouse staff are very much looking forward to having as many members as the limitations allow back at the beautiful facility again!
MODIFIED CLUBHOUSE HOURS
The Clubhouse hours have been temporarily modified to the following:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am-2:00pm
- Sunday: Closed
Since limiting the number of people within the Clubhouse at all times is a government requirement, only certain areas and services will be available during the modified Clubhouse hours. They are as follows:
- Weight Room (limited equipment available)
- Studio 1 – Fitness Classes Only (limited class schedule)
- Studio 2 – Spin Bike Use Only (30-minute time slots)
- Functional Training Area – Reserved for Personal Training Sessions Only
The Lobby, Trillium Room, Game Room, Sport Court, Pool, and Hawthorn Room are unavailable until further notice. The opening date for the Tennis Courts will be coming soon.
The only way to access the open areas and services will be to book a reservation. Reservations can be taken online. Fitness Class reservations can be booked up to 7 days in advance of the fitness class. Weight Room reservations can be taken no more than 2 days in advance of the date being requested. Instructions on how to make reservations will be available in the coming days and we encourage you to frequently check our website for that information.
To help ensure the health and safety of members and staff, certain accommodations will have to be made during your Clubhouse visit. Coming within the next few days will be detailed information on what will be expected of members that use the Clubhouse. Maintaining social distance at all times as well as sanitizing your space and equipment used will be required. Face masks are optional but encouraged as you are traveling between areas within the Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse staff are appreciative of your patience and understanding as the community works its way back to normality. Rest assured that they are doing everything within their power to offer as many services as possible at this time, given the phase 1 government restrictions the Clubhouse must abide by. Thank you in advance for respecting the current changes as well as those to come. We are happy to welcome you back to the Clubhouse and will see you soon!
