Clubhouse Closure Update

On January 26, Governor Brown announced that under very strict conditions, gym facilities will have the ability to re-open January 29. However, official guidelines for what those strict conditions entail have yet to be released. As such, if the Clubhouse cannot adequately meet the needs of the new regulations, it will not be able to re-open.

While we wish that re-opening the facility was as simple as unlocking the Clubhouse doors, please understand that it is a complicated process with multiple variables to consider. We ask that the community remain patient as detailed guidelines will be released in the coming days and to please provide the limited Clubhouse staff time to assess at what capacity the gym could re-open. If we cannot meet the guidelines, the facility will remain closed.

The limitations are discouraging for both members and Clubhouse staff. Rest assured, all re-opening possibilities are being discussed and all efforts are being made. Continue to stay tuned to our website (www.mtparkhoa.com) and your inbox for further news as we move forward.

Temporary Yard Debris Drop-Off Procedures

As a temporary solution to assist residents with managing their yard debris until the Clubhouse re-opens, please abide by the following guidelines:

  • Yard Debris drop-off site is open on Wednesdays from 11:00am-2:00pm
  • Residents can stop by the Landscape Shop to drop-off their Personal Yard Debris (contractors are not allowed to drop off yard debris).
  • When you arrive at the security gate, honk your vehicle’s horn to indicate to the stewards that you have arrived.
  • You will be required to show your driver’s license, clearly identifying a MPHOA address.
  • Although someone will be present in the Landscape Shop Office during those times, residents are highly encouraged to schedule an appointment through [email protected] prior to arrival.
  • Scheduling appointments through the Clubhouse front desk or online will start again once the Clubhouse is able to re-open.
