Are you curious how to bring landscape related concerns to the attention of MPHOA Landscape Stewardship Department (LSD)? It’s simple, use the Homeowner Portal to submit a request directly to LSD for consideration. The Homeowner Portal is available HERE.
LSD uses a ticketing system to track all current and completed tasks to manage workflow. All requests must be accompanied by a completed Common Property Work Request (CPWR) form. Please be sure to attach your completed CPWR using the box labeled “Select files”. After submission is complete, this process will send the completed CPWR directly to LSD for consideration.
A completed CPWR is a request, and LSD may accept or decline the request contingent upon several factors including cost, compliance with MPHOA policies and procedures, City of Lake Oswego or other codes, input from neighbors, and the discretion of LSD. For additional information please consult with the Policies & Practices of the Common Property Committee, found on the Homeowner Portal under the Documents tab.
