The MPHOA Community Surveys have been sent to Mountain Park homeowners by email or postcard. Please check your inbox or mailbox in the coming days. One survey link and password has been sent to each property.
If your property does not receive digital access by January 24, it could mean your email address is outdated in our database. Please update your contact information using the member portal. On rare occasions, emails can also be sent to spam/trash folders depending on your email settings.
If needed, please send an email to [email protected] and a link to the survey will be sent to you.
Surveys must be submitted by February 5, 2021.
