MPHOA Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Mountain Park Home Owners Association will be held at the following date, time, and location:
- DATE: Thursday, March 21, 2019
- TIME: 7:00pm
- LOCATION: Mountain Park Clubhouse – 2 Mt. Jefferson Terrace, Lake Oswego, OR 97035
We require that you sign-in prior to attending the meeting. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00pm. Please arrive by 6:45pm to sign-in. Members may vote in person at the meeting. Matters to be considered include but are not limited to:
- Auditor Report
- State of the Association
- Board of Director Election – Three Positions Open
If there is a possibility that you will be unable to attend, we ask that you complete, sign, date, and return the enclosed Proxy Form no later than 5:00pm on March 21, 2019 to ensure we achieve a quorum so that we may conduct important Association business. You may revoke your Proxy at any time by written notice to the Board or by attending the meeting.
Please attend the meeting. Your views are important to all members of our Association.
