The MPHOA Annual Meeting and Election is Tuesday, March 30 at 7:00pm. The meeting will take place over Zoom. Matters to be discussed include but are not limited to:
- Annual Financial Update
- State of the Association
- Board of Directors Election – Two Positions Open
If you would like to attend the meeting, please register in advance and sign-in by 6:45pm. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00pm.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION VOTING
Thank you to those homeowners who have already voted in the Board of Directors Election. If you have yet to do so, please make sure to cast your vote by 5:00pm on March 30. Can’t find your login information to vote online? Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
If needed, paper ballots can be picked up and submitted at the Mountain Park Clubhouse during business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm). Due to COVID-19 and the need to follow strict capacity guidelines, please call 503-635-3561 prior to coming in to pick up a ballot.
