January will see some changes to the Fitness Department. By overwhelmingly positive member feedback, Tai Chi is being added to the regular schedule on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:15am in Studio 2, taught by Lia Kidoguchi. Spin Mix will be on Mondays and Fridays at 5:45am in Studio 2 with Lauren Wilson.
