The Home Maintenance Committee serves as an advisory committee to the MPHOA Board of Directors to promote homeowner proactive care of all dwellings per the CC&Rs and other policies enacted by the Board and membership. The Home Maintenance Committee also ensures the CC&Rs are being followed by homeowners, condominiums, townhouses and apartments.

The Home Maintenance Committee was established in 2014 to lead the development of Preventative Maintenance Information through greater education and resource opportunities for homeowners. The Home Maintenance Committee’s mission statement is:

“To enhance our Community’s pride of ownership, safety, and quality of life by using our common resources and knowledge to benefit all people who live in Mountain Park.  To maintain a strong community through positive communication and interaction, building on our strength in numbers and recognizing and sharing common challenges, opportunities and best known solutions.”

Home Maintenance Committee meetings take place every first Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm.
