Are there restrictions on decorations?
Yes. There is no nailing, gluing, taping allowed on Mt. Park surfaces. Hard to pick up materials such as rice and glitter are not allowed.
Is there internet access?
Yes. The Mt. Park Clubhouse has public Wi-Fi.
Where can my guests and I park?
MPHOA has a total of 47 parking spaces, 2 handicapped spaces, and an additional parking site available with 20 parking spaces located off of Jefferson Parkway & Independence at the tennis courts.
Do you have exclusive catering companies?
No. You are allowed to hire any caterer you like. However, we do offer a list of our preferred caterers.
When will I be allowed to set-up?
Mt. Park staff will set up your tables and chairs but cannot set up decorations. You can set-up decorations yourself during your rental time frame. Caterers are required to set-up within your rental time frame as well.
When is my complete balance due?
30 days prior to event.
What is necessary to attain event security?
Security is required if you have a party of 75+ and are serving alcohol. For any other circumstance, please discuss it with the events manager.
What are the rules on having alcohol?
Must have an OLCC licensed server (we must have a copy of license); One day event liability insurance. You can obtain this through your homeowner or renters insurance. If you do not have either of those, you can obtain it through an outside company.
