The Mt. Park HOA Common Property Committee is formed by the MPHOA Board as a standing committee charged with ongoing implementation of the adopted Mt. Park Common Property Master Plan. The Master Plan includes a physical inventory of existing common property and monuments, formal assessments of conditions, definition of Mt. Park common property issues, and establishes future goals and priorities for the common property areas within Mt. Park. The CPC meets monthly and in addition to one Board member, the CPC is comprised of volunteer Mt. Park residents with a general interest in the future of Mt. Park, supported by the Executive Director, Landscape Stewardship Director, and the CC&R Director.
Common Property Committee meetings take place every third Wednesday of the month at 8:00am.
