MPHOA Semi-Annual Assessments Due July 1st

As you are already aware, the semi-annual assessments for Mountain Park Home Owners Association are due on January 1st and July 1st of every year.  During the week of June 19th, you should have received an invoice for your Mountain Park HOA semi-annual assessment charge. Payment for the second semi-annual charges in 2017 must be received by our payment processing center in North Carolina by July 31, 2017.  A remittance coupon and mailing envelope were included for your convenience. To meet this deadline, payment should be mailed by July 22nd, at the latest, to Mountain Park HOA, PO Box 63041, Charlotte, NC 28263-3041. This is our bank’s payment processing center and all payments should be sent to Charlotte, NC to avoid a delay in processing. Please do not mail or bring your semi-annual assessment payments to the Clubhouse.  And please don’t forget to write your account number on your payment check. If your account number is missing, the processing of your payment will be delayed.

After you pay your July semi-annual assessment, if you would you like an alternative to paying a lump sum for your semi-annual assessment fees in 2018, you may arrange to sign up for our Mountain Park Automatic Monthly Payment Plan (MPAMPP) and have that charge spread out over a 6-month period. Instead of paying the entire semi-annual fee, you would pay a low monthly fee of 1/6th the semi-annual fee by having it automatically deducted through your bank account each month.

It is simple to get signed up on the Mountain Park Automatic Monthly Payment Plan (MPAMPP).  You just need to complete in full the MPAMPP Authorization Form and return it with your voided check or a print out from your bank showing your bank account number and your bank’s routing number. Mountain Park’s accounting department will then automatically draft the monthly fee from your account between the 4th and 8th of each month.

If you would like to pay on a monthly basis starting in January 2018, we must receive your Authorization form by December 15, 2017 in order to have your first payment deducted on January 5, 2018.  Additionally, your assessment account must have no balance due at the time you sign up in order to participate. Mailing your completed MPAMPP Authorization Form and proof of bank account and routing numbers by December 8th should ensure delivery to us by December 15th. You need to mail the form to our local Clubhouse address or you may also drop your paperwork off at the Front Desk of the Clubhouse before December 15th.
