Whether you are brand new to the whole concept of working out and using weights, or just need a refresher, or maybe need that first helpful bump to get you pointed in the right direction for a better, healthier you; Mt. Park has a couple great options for you.

GYM ORIENTATION

A personal trainer will show you around the center and explain or demonstrate any equipment you need help with in this informative 30 minutes orientation. All Mt. FITNESS CONSULTATION

This 30 minute appointment is for those looking for help just starting a fitness plan. We take baseline measurements, perform a functional movement assessment and help set fitness goals. We will discuss with you the best way for you to go about meeting your fitness goals. All Mt. Park Members are welcome to book these complementary fitness appointments.
