Melissa Dennis has been a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2005. She was a competitive gymnast for 5 years and started coaching athletes at the age of 15. Melissa has been coaching and training individuals of all ages and demographics ever since. As a trainer, Melissa specializes in weight loss and body transformations as well as lifestyle changes and strength and conditioning coaching. She also works with clients to improve posture, alignment and rehabilitate injuries. Melissa works as a personal trainer and teaches group fitness classes in the Portland and Lake Oswego area. She also teaches physical education courses at Reed College. In her spare time, Melissa likes to stay active with her husband, two step children and two dogs. She also competes in fitness competitions with the WBFF.
