A private RV storage lot is available to residents looking to store away their precious cargo. Also while maintaining your landscaping, you might have debris that you are not sure what to do with. Mountain Park provide free yard debris pick up for residents. Check below for more information on both.

Mountain Park rents spaces in the recreational vehicle (RV) lot to members for the storage of their motor homes, RV’s, cars, boats, trailers, and trucks, etc. The RV lot is a secure area with a locked gate. If you are a member of Mountain Park, please contact Marcelino at 503-635-3561 for information on renting a space.


Under 20 feet: $240.00 for six months (billed with semiannual assessment)
Over 20 feet: $300.00 for six months (billed with semiannual assessment)


When signing the lease agreement a current Oregon Drivers License and the vehicle title will need to be shown. The rental payment for the current period and a $100 key deposit will be collected at the time of signing.

Please have the following information available when signing the agreement:

  • Length of Vehicle
  • Brand Name
  • Title Number
  • Color/Other Identifying Characteristics
  • License Numbers
  • Registration/ID Numbers

All vehicles in the RV lot are registered with the association.

  • Homeowners must contact MPHOA to order containers (phone 503-635-8333;
  • Homeowners electing to participate in the service will be provided with at least one (1) 65-gallon cart (more may be requested for heavy users).
  • Once your cart order has been placed and the service has begun, the homeowner may give back containers at any time, but for a period of two years, a $25.00 fee per cart will be charged if you want carts returned to you after you have given them back.
  • Cart(s) will be picked up on your regularly scheduled garbage day by Republic Services at no charge to the owners (the charge will be billed to MPHOA).
  • Carts picked up by Republic must only contain grass clippings, leaves, small twigs/branches, and brush. No bags of any type may be placed in the carts.
  • Excess bags, if any, will be picked up by MPHOA staff on trash days and will adhere to the following rules:
    a. Bags will only be picked up if the cart has been fully used.
    b. All debris containers, bags, and bundles must be placed curbside on the night before your regular garbage pickup.
    c. All paper bags (plastic bags are not accepted), are to be under 25 pounds.
    d. All bags must only contain yard debris (grass clippings, leaves, small twigs/branches, and brush).
    e. Stumps and branches need to be under 4 inches in diameter.
    f. Please put branches and twigs in bundles and tie tightly with strong twine. Branches are not to exceed 8 feet long.
    g. If yard debris bags are “tagged” by our landscape crew because the weight exceeded 25 pounds, they will need to be re-bagged not to exceed the weight limit and be stored out of sight until the next trash day.
  • Debris carts must be stored out of sight – just like garbage and recycling.
  • Yard debris carts and bags should be placed on the curbside not more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled collection and should be returned to the proper storage area the day of pickup.

Extra yard debris can be brought to the Landscape office on Abelard St. on Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 Am to 2 PM.
