“Fit to live” is the essence of total living, and Mountain Park is dedicated to the proposition of total living – we are focused on providing opportunities for a good, healthy life, full of activity, vitality, and group activities.
We are happy to offer over 45 group exercise classes per week on land and in the water. These classes are included in our membership.
Whether you are new to using a gym or just have never seen this brand of equipment, this 30 minute complementary appointment will help. This 30 minute appointment is for those looking for help just starting a fitness plan. We take baseline measurements, perform a functional movement assessment and help set fitness goals. Our fitness studios are the “total wellness centers” of Mountain Park, filled with cutting-edge equipment and friendly faces.
Our communal and inviting fitness classes are provided free of charge to residents, and include multiple mind and body course offerings daily, as well as group fitness classes of every variety: cardio, strength training, Zumba, pilates, Tai Chi, and spinning. Staying in shape with your friends has never been so fun.
An open-floor plan weight and cardio room offers a variety of circuit training, free weight, and cardiovascular training equipment. This room is a large, climate-controlled, naturally lighted space. We’re fully-stocked with a wide array of new exercise equipment: multiple high-end treadmills, modern rowing machines, free-weights, ergonomic elliptical trainers, both recumbent and upright stationary bicycles, and safe professional weight-training machines for all muscle groups.
Please note: Members age 14+ may use the fitness amenities after completion of a gym orientation. This free session can be scheduled on select days and is available to all members who want to receive training and information on the machines. Stop by the front desk to sign up.
