The Architectural Review Packet is intended as a guide for Mountain Park Home Owners Association (MPHOA) members planning new construction or property improvements/modifications. The Architectural Committee of Mountain Park is tasked by the Board of Directors with reviewing applications for property alterations to ensure that all proposed work will further the “harmony of external design” that has characterized our neighborhood since its inception, thus maintaining property value and livability for all members. This is the time to apply for projects that you are planning to complete over the summer. The Chair of the committee will review all applications that are submitted and determine if the application needs full committee review. The Architecture Committee meets the third Tuesday of each month to review complete applications.
