How to Reach the HOA

If you have experienced any difficulty reaching the HOA staff during the Clubhouse & HOA Office closure, we truly apologize for any frustration that may have caused.

To alleviate any confusion, we would like to share information on the various avenues you can use to communicate with the HOA. Please read through the following options and keep them in mind the next time you need to reach out to us.

E-MAIL
E-Mail is the quickest and easiest way to receive a response from the HOA. For general inquiries, or if you are unsure who to contact, please send an e-mail to service@mtparkhoa.com. If you already know who to contact, please refer to the department directory on our homepage at www.mtparkhoa.com.

GIVE US A CALL – Business Hours
The Clubhouse front desk is staffed by an HOA employee Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm. Please call 503-635-3561. Due to state mandate, employees are currently working a hybrid schedule between the HOA and a remote location. Your call will be answered at the Clubhouse, however, it may need to go into the department voicemail to be answered by email or upon the staff member’s return to the Clubhouse. Please expect a response via phone within two business days.

GIVE US A CALL – After Hours
If you call the Clubhouse or HOA Offices after regular business hours or over the weekend, please leave us a voicemail. Rest assured, your voicemail is automatically emailed to the appropriate department and we will reply the next business day.

I NEED HELP! WHO DO I CALL?

The HOA receives a high volume of questions regarding urgent scenarios that happen within the boundaries of Mountain Park. Unfortunately, the majority of these calls are not something that the HOA is able to assist with. Therefore, we would like to provide the community with information of who to call when emergencies arise. For your convenience, an Urgent Scenario Guide has been created to assist homeowners in answering those questions that come up when they just aren’t sure what to do. The Urgent Scenario Guide can be found on our website homepage at www.mtparkhoa.com. We recommend printing it out or saving it to your desktop for quick access when you need it.
